Happy 30th Birthday, Britney

If you know me, you know December 2nd is basically a holiday... If you don't know me, Hi. I'm John. I love Britney Spears... And it's her 30th birthday! Here's my own little tribute to the queen B with a bunch of videos too!

     Britney Spears is a living legend. She has 7 amazing studio albums, 2 awesome remix albums, 2 fantastic greatest hits collections, 34 of the best music videos and tons of awards.  She's had 70 million records sold, 4 Billboard #1's, 25 Top 40 singles, and tons of records dominating the pop landscape.  Britney has survived fame and the dark cloud that follows, but she's found the silver lining and came out better than ever.
     Britney is one of the most influential people in the world and has been since her debut with ...Baby One More Time. She changed the pop music landscape, gave young girls a brand new space for expression, grew up with a generation of fans who feel like family, and kept us dancing till the world ends.
     She has a loving, strong, and dare I say unstoppable fan base made up of millions of people from different demographics all over the world who value not only her music and performance, but her talent, personality, life, and character.
     I know I'm thankful for everything she does, and I know that every one of her songs can make me feel something. Whether she knows it or not, she has affected countless people including little old me.  I'm sure I can speak for a lot of people when I say that I'm happy B's been around pop for 13 years, and I can't wait to see what she does for the next 13. Here's hoping Britney and her family get many more years of happiness and support from the pop culture she helped to shape!
